Answers:

How do I create emails to send to the Safelists?
Login to your account and enter the My Emails link in your My Tools section.  Click the Add New link.  Complete the form adding a Subject and create your message in the Body field.  You can use HTML to add pictures or nice formatting if you are familiar with that programming language.

How do I send my emails to the Safelists?
Login to your account and enter the My Emails link in your My Tools section.  Click the send button on the line of the email you wish to send in your list of email messages you have created.  Check the groups you wish to send your email to and press the Send Now button.

Why can't I send emails for 7 days?
There are possible 2 reasons.  Either you updated your Safelist Memberships or you have recently sent an email.  This is a condition of the Silver Memberships.  By Upgrading to a Platinum Membership you can update your Safelists as often as you like and send emails once per day.  To upgrade

Why can I only send to a few of the Safelists?
As a Silver or Gold Member you can only send to the Safelists you are a member of.  You can either join more Safelists or you can upgrade your membership to Platinum and send to as many Safelists as you like, even if you do not belong to those lists.

How do I link my banners to my site?
You must be a Gold or Silver Member to use this feature.  Login to your account and enter the My Banners link in your My Tools section.  In the URL of Banner field enter the full address of your banner ad on the internet.  (i.e.
http://www.mysite.com/images/mybanner.gif)  In the Link Banner to field enter the address you want the banner ads to link to.  (i.e. http://www.mysite.com
NOTE: We do not host the banner images, we only create a link to your images that must be hosted on your site.  If you need a website, contact our Creative Services Team.  For more info

How do my banners get posted to the site and email?
As a Platinum Member you will receive 2,000 Banner Ads per month and Gold Members receive 500 Banner Ads per month.  As long as you have your Banners set up with a link to a live image, our computer system will do the rest to automatically place your Banners on the site and in the emails in constant rotation.
